Booking and Payment

  • Full payment must be made by the agreed date.
  • Payments can be made in installments upon agreement.
  • Formal invoice will be issues to client after booking has been completed.
  • Cancellations result in forfeiting the deposit. Rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability.


Copyright and Usage

  • I retain copyright to all photos.
  • Clients may use photos for purpose discussed after full payment has been made and recieved.
  • Photos may not be edited, sold, or used commercially without permission.
  • We may use photos for our portfolio unless requested otherwise.


Photo Delivery

  • Photos are delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe via a unique client gallery.
  • Photos/content will be delivered in full once full payment has been made and recieved.
  • Sample images *NO MORE* Than 10 images can be requested for review purposes only prior to payment being made in full.
  • Gallery links will be provided and available for approx 6 weeks from date of delivery.
  • Additional delivery options (e.g., prints) may incur extra costs.


Liability

  • I am not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond my control.
  • My liability is limited to the amount paid for services.


Client Responsibilities

  • Be on time for bokked session.
  • Provide accurate information and notify us of any special requests in advance.
  • Ensure images are downloaded in full from the client gallery provided within the 6 week timeframe.


Privacy

Your personal information is used only for services and will not be shared without your consent.



Changes to Terms

Changes may occur to these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted on my website.



Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Stock Photography

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of stock photography from our website (“Website”). By purchasing any stock images from our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from making a purchase.




1. Definitions

  • “Stock Images”: Digital photographs available for purchase on our Website.
  • “License”: The specific rights granted to the purchaser for the use of the Stock Images.
  • “You” or “Purchaser”: The individual or entity purchasing Stock Images from the Website.
  • “We”, “Us”, or “Our”: The owner of the Website and provider of the Stock Images.



2. Licensing Terms

Upon purchase, You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable License to use the Stock Images for personal use only



1 Personal Use License

You may use the Stock Images for personal projects, including social media, blogs, and non-commercial purposes.

Redistribution, resale, or use in commercial projects is strictly prohibited.

Commercial Use License info

If you wish to use an images for commercial purposes, you must contact Andrew Morris Photography to discuss terms, conditions and additional pricing to obtain said license.


3. Restrictions

You may not claim ownership of the Stock Images.

You may not use the Stock Images in any way that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of third parties.

You may not use Stock Images in connection with any offensive, pornographic, or hateful content.

  • The License does not permit the use of Stock Images in templates for resale (e.g., website templates, merchandise).



4. Payment and Delivery

  • All purchases must be made through our secure payment system.
  • Upon successful payment, You will receive a download link/email for the purchased Stock Images.
  • Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.



5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted unless the Stock Images are proven to be defective or corrupt. If you encounter an issue, please contact us.




6. Intellectual Property Rights

All Stock Images remain the intellectual property of Andrew Morris Photography. You are granted a License to use the images under the specific terms outlined above but do not acquire ownership rights.




7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or claims resulting from Your use of the Stock Images.
  • Our total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the Stock Images.



8. Termination of License

We reserve the right to terminate the License granted to You if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, You must immediately cease all use of the Stock Images and delete all copies in Your possession.




9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Website or purchased Stock Images constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
